Nancy, your site is such an “Oasis of Scrumptiousness!” For a “Kitchen Neophyte,” like myself, you give us the insights to feed our families and friends in a healthy manner and make us look like “Culinary Pros” at the same time. Don’t think for a moment that I am EVER going to give you the credit when I serve one of your incredible meals, but always know that I am grateful that you shared the recipe and the Love that goes with it.

Bon Appetit, My Dear!!!

An “Oasis of Scrumptiousness” ~ a man after my own heart! Thank your kind words, Roger. If I can inspire you to pick up a ladle or wooden spoon, my job is done :) Happy Cooking and it’s okay if you keep the credit all to yourself…after all you are the Master!

Nancy –
Love your new site! It’s so colorful and full of wonderful recipes! I have to say I’m a lot like you and tend to shop a bit more impulsively, seeing what’s fresh and trying to create dishes that incorporate whatever catches my fancy. But, you’ve given me some mouth-watering inspiration with your collection of recipes. (We really should get you on TV!) I’ll be back as a frequent visitor, and will try not to drool on the lovely pictures. xoxo Jim

Do you have a cookbook? If so, where can I purchase it?

Thank you for your time!

I just got an email that you tweeted a pic of pico de gallo from food porn. I do not understand the whole twitter thing (and don’t care to understand it) but there is no link to the recipe for that picture. Where is the recipe link for that particular photo?

Nancy Newcomer May 15, 2014 at 7:37 AM

I retweeted from @EpicFoodPorn –go on twitter and you can send them a message asking for the recipe. I loved the shot so I Rt’d it–there was no recipe attached to the tweet, but perhaps they can help you out since they did the original post. Good Luck!
PS Have your friend help you on Twitter–it’s fun and great stuff :) NN

Nancy I so enjoyed your interview with Lisa. You both were great –must be that Kennedy background. I can attest that Lisa’s beans are great because when she makes them for me she tweaks the recipe so I won’t have to sleep in the garage that night.

Thank you Big Daddy Erle, that means a lot to me :) Lisa is a natural in the kitchen AND on the radio! No doubt we’ve set some chat-time records in the the past!!! Thanks for listening. NN (New-New to you)

Elderberries……Wildcat Canyon, along our Chico orchard property, roadside all over rural Northern California. In the summer.

Nancy Newcomer November 12, 2014 at 8:32 PM

Good to know–we can forage this summer!
