Girls Can Grill Grilled Rib-Eye Steaks
2 rib-eye steaks
steak seasoning or Zestuous Rib-eye Rub
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. fresh thyme
Drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce onto the steaks. Sprinkle with steak seasoning or Zestuous Rib-eye Rub. Rub into the meat on both sides. Let rest at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic and thyme.
Light the grill to high. Grill for about 7 minutes. Flip. Spoon the butter mixture onto the steaks. Grill for another 5-7 minutes, until the fat is caramelized.
