People have asked me what I eat while I’m on the Go Cleanse program~ this would be one of my “go-to’s”. My Super Shrimp Salad is tasty, beautiful, healthy, and easy to make~ perfect choice for a meal while doing the cleanse or just about anytime! Super Shrimp Salad
Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, cooked, cooled, peeled & deveined

1 head lettuce, washed, dried, & torn into pieces

1/4 head thinly sliced red cabbage

1/2 cup fresh basil, cut in strips (chiffonade method)

1/2 cup castelvetrano olives

1- 14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts, packed in water

1 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup toasted walnut pieces

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl, toss with my homemade Green Diva Salad Dressing, serve, YUM! (If you’re lazy, just toss with oil and vinegar with a little cracked pepper :) )

OPTIONAL: Add tomatoes & feta cheese or sub out any other fish or chicken in place of the shrimp.
