Pantry:
Toss all expired items, wipe down shelves, re-organize spice and canned goods. Put things in logical order-baking items together, alphabetize spices, canned goods together, dry goods in glass storage containers, etc.

Sterilizing your garbage can, compost bin, & sink with either a baking soda /white vinegar solution or good old fashioned water and bleach.
I usually use natural cleaners like white vinegar, lemon, baking soda. I also use diluted bleach and a powder called Bar Keeper’s friend.  There are numerous products out there, I’d love to hear what works for you.
