We have peaches up the whazoo! Our tree is dropping several every day, so I keep gathering them up and making yummy things.  Here’s the latest~ an easy smoothie that’s both vegan & dairy-free! Enjoy, Darlings :)

“Peachia” Smoothie aka Peach-Chia Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use dairy free)

1 peach, sliced

1-2 tsp chia seeds

1 cup ice

Directions:

Combine coconut milk, protein powder, peach slices, and  chia seeds. Blend. Add ice, cube by cube and continue to blend to desired consistency.  Garnish with a peach slice.

NOTE: If you freeze your peach slices ahead of time, EVEN better for an icy/creamy smoothie.
